DNA can take information and data from
conversations, emails, prints, or parts and use that same

- DNA has designed products ranging
from cookie trays to an Indy Racing LeagueŽ car bell
housing. DNA also has expertise in large casting design such
as cylinder blocks and heads. Capabilities also include a
great deal of experience in forgings and die castings.
- Large Assembly Design
- DNA has designed assemblies
such as a USAC Silver CrownŽ race car suspension and produced
a complete set of drawings for all of those new parts. DXF
files were output for use in a laser cutting machine for the
sheet metal parts. The flat sheet metal parts were designed
in a 3D jigsaw puzzle fashion for welding ease.

Machine Design

DNA does complete mechanical machine
design from ground up, or assists with a rebuild/redesign
of an existing machine. DNA produced the drawings, from
concept to "as built", for a machine
designed to insert bushings in an engine cylinder
block. The machine proved most efficient meeting
the customer's exact needs.
